Join us as you are starting the process of utilizing our flexible and accessible Budgeting module.

The Budgeting module offers the ability to:

  • Facilitate different types of budget requests processes for various organizations
  • Download a detailed summary report including campus-wide group allocations and yearly carryovers
  • Allow officers to create budget requests, administrators to validate and manage budgets, and officers to track expenses and request payments
  • Create an approval process for reimbursements
  • Communicate and collaborate with group officers
  • Connect your data by importing and exporting information and integration with many payment gateways and campus accounting systems
  • See detailed in-line transactions and set permissions to control who can view specific data
  • Allow officers to see at a glance an itemized summary of all transactions (including how much money they have to spend, requests for payments, what has been spent, anticipated expenses and a live balance)

In this two-step training cohort, we will walk you through this feature to help aide in improving transparency, accountability and management of group allocations, budget requests and expenses on your campus. By signing up for training (training one) you will automatically be registered for part two.

In the first training, we will cover the Overall Budget Creation, Budget Steps, Budget Administrator access, setting up Custom Values, and Officer Budget Request Processes. We will also look at some examples of how other campuses are utilizing this feature!

We are looking forward to starting this process with you!
