In this training, we will be covering a variety of ways that students can interact, engage, connect, and book meetings online.

This will include:
  • Utilizing emails
  • Sending and receiving mobile push notifications
  • Interacting on the feed
  • Newsletters and news articles
  • Direct messages and group chats
  • Connection Programs to
    • Facilitate student-directed tutoring match-ups and communications
    • Set up mock interviews with alumni
    • Connect incoming students with orientation leaders or other student ambassadors
    • And much more!

Louis is an Implementation Consultant for CampusGroups, currently living in Jersey City, New Jersey. Before joining CampusGroups, he worked at Mercy College in the both the Office of Student Life and the Office of Residential Life. Louis holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs and has professional experience in student activities, new student orientation, residence life, student conduct, college admissions, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. At CampusGroups, Louis loves being able to rely on his student affairs knowledge and incorporate it into the work he does training campuses and clients.
